This is the scene that I just thought of for TaAnu regarding the sari-nightie mix up...Anu will ask Taani to wear the gift that he gave her and he and Taani will have one of their little arguments:
A: "Taani maine jo gift diya tha woh pehnke aana"
T: "Anu pagal ho gaye kya! Main nahin pehnongi."
A: "Kyun, usme kya kharabi hai?"
T: "Kharabi? Jaise usme kuch acha tha..."
A: "Kya keh rahi, mere taste kharab hai?"
T: "Aur nahin toh kya...Anu tu jante main uss tarah ke cheezon ko nahin pehnthi!"
A: "Hello...tu hamesha woh sab pehnthi, aaj kya huwa?"
T: "Hamesha! Maine kab pehni thi? Tera dimaag hi kharaab ho gaya! Main nahin pehnongi!"
A: "Itna pyaar se laya tha woh sari aur tu..."
T: "Sari? Kaunsa sari?"
A: "Kaunsa sari matlab? Woh green wala saree joh maine shaadi ke baad pehle taufa diye the tujhe...?
T: "Tune koi sari nahin di...tune...*picks up nightie* yeh diya tha mujhe!"
Anu stares confusedly at the nightie and bursts out laughing
A: "Main? Pagal hai kya? Main kyun tujhe yeh dhengi? Tu yeh sab pehnthi hai kya?"
T: "Wahi toh main keh rahi hoon...kahin tu uss sari ke baat toh nahin kar rahe joh Jonaki ke paas hai?"
Then they will figure out that the gifts must have been switched and Anu will be stubborn and send Taani on a mission to retrieve her green sari because its his first gift to her after shaadi and woh kitne pyaar se laya hoga Taani ke liye and I don't want Jonaki to have Anu's gift so Taani will go and Jonaki of course will gush over having her cheap nightie back and Taani will get her Anu's gift š
