AB- is universal recipient so they can take A- blood too, which they negated in the episode!😕 Only O- people can't take blood from any other group.
I wonder why the CVs are so logic and science challenged!!😃 Please do some homework and don't propagate wrong information through television which reaches millions.
Anyways, these days there are so many bloopers that one just loses count! The only thing which stood out was Geet's plight. I really felt sorry for her when she said 'ab mai zidd nahi karungi'! I think she will go in a temporary shell!
I have seen this with my hubby who is quite fond of driving, but after a similar accident where he was driving and I was on the passenger seat and got saved by air-bag and seat belt, my hubby refused to drive. It took quite a bit of cajoling to make him drive again! 😊

hey i agree dat ab blood grup is universal recipient but it can be transfused only for a little amount of blood..... he lost a lot of blood na..... there has 2 blood in d body which can accept the blood from any blood group..... since he lost a lot he did need only ab-ve blood group.....because their should be as much as antibodies present in d blood 2 fight the antigens present in d blood given.... which is not possible....so the patients blood group only can be given.....

Thanks Nivu, sanjh... I wish they had given this explanation instead of just saying that he's A- blood grp.
I am an engineer so don't know the full intricacies of blood transfusion! The clarification is much appreciated, Nivu-Mjht1. 😊

I guess CV's failed to do their homework this time. AB blood group is universal recipient, means Maan can receive blood from AB-, B-, A- or O- blood groups and still be safe. But he can only donate blood to AB- person. On the other had O- is universal donor but can only receive blood from O-. I am in medical profession thus understand all this better. I was getting very angry at CV's slip up. But I guess I should give my brain a rest and not think too much. It's reel life and logic does not make sense.
