Well guys congratulations again DID's TRP ratings last week were 3.66 as against Jhalak Dikh la ja 2.96 and the surprise package CDD 2.85.And for whatever its worth had it not been for Dabangg and Zee cine awards which were telecasted that week it would have been in top 10.But anyways it was still the number one reality show ahead of shows with celebrities like Madhuri,Sharukh and urmila just goes to show the great quality of dancing in this show.I am not trying to bring down these celebrities they are great but just am happy that DID is doing so well.

PS:- guys please its a request no bashing DID doubles in this thread.I mean of course you can write whatever you want and i am no one to stop you but its a request if you are genuinely not happy that DID is doing so well then please dont post here.But of course you are free to do whatever you want just wanted to request once

Glad the show is doing well but I'm also happy for Terence and glad that CDD is catching up.

It's also surprising to see how much the show's TRPs have dropped from the time of the auditions. :\

Well whose ratings have dropped i hope you arent talking about DID doubles because below are the ratings since week 1 so where is the drop

Week 1-3.6

Week 2-3.2

Week 3-2.68

Week 4-3.87

Week 5-3.66

What drop are you talking about

Well that's the ratings for just one day not whole week.The ratings given above are average ratings for the week.Opening ratings for all shows is always high but then it normalizes.One day ratings doesnt mean that it is the general ratings for the show.DID little masters opened with a ratings of 6 point something but it was just for one day opening episode not the rest of the season and DID is still beating competition by huge numbers.So still dont understand where the drop is or are you taking about the drop from one day ratings to the weekly average ratings.Please clarify

So what is bringing people back.

we have new contestants, 1 new host and 2 new judges so definitly it's not Remo, Terrence, Saumya or any particular contestant.

So why all the viewers of DID are coming back. Is it Geeta, Jay or Mithun da.😉

😛Excellent question....why are people tuning in to DID Doubles the most? It's not because of item girls because let's face it, Chak Dhoom beats all others in that department with Malika Sherawat, and Urmila........😃 It's not movie star power because JDJ beats all others with Madhuri and Malika Arora in that department.........so why exactly do people tune in to DID Doubles? It's quite simple actually, it's precisely because it's a family show that doesn't rely on item girls and movie stars to pull in ratings..........the judges are all successful choreographers and the focus is placed on dance.........😛 People value quality above all else........DID never needed and will never need item girls to draw viewers in as long as it puts forth quality shows......😛 All parts of DID are replaceable so as long as the contestants are good.......Whereas with the other shows, you take the item girls out and you'll see the ratings drop even lower then they've been....😛

Well exactly ankit i agree.For maximum people the motivation to watch JDJ will be see madhuri and malaika similarly for CDD many people would be tuning in to watch urmila and even terrence now but there is only one motivation to watch DID doubles and thats dance.And this reason is far more stronger than the reasons to watch JDJ and CDD as proven by the ratings
