Raja Chaudhary's list of misdemeanors touched a new low. An official complaint against the television actor was registered at the Malad police station recently and the police officials have now begun the procedure to extern the actor from Mumbai for a year.

Raja had been in the news for several cases of assault and indecent behaviour that had been piling up at the Oshiwara and Malad police station.

As per police records, the actor has been booked for at least five cases till now, three of which were complaints registered by his ex-wife, Shweta Tiwari. Raja was also arrested for drunken driving in the recent past.

"Raja has been absconding ever since he got to know about his imminent arrest. He has become a nuisance for the people in Malad and Oshiwara. We have begun the process for his externment," said Avinash Jadhav, senior police inspector at Malad police station.

According to the police officials, on Monday night, Raja was clubbing with a friend and his girlfriend in Oshiwara. Since the friend did not have his own accommodation, Raja offered the couple to come and stay at his place for a week.

"On their way, Raja, who was drunk, began misbehaving with his friend's girlfriend, and she got out of the car immediately. The friend however was still concerned about Raja's inebriated state and decided to drop the actor at his residence," said Jadhav.

On reaching home, Raja turned very aggressive with his friend and started tearing his clothes, Jadhav told Mumbai Mirror.

When the friend tried to resist Raja's sexual advances, the actor started urinating in front of him. Having had enough, the friend rushed out of Raja's house in Chincholi Bunder at Malad and registered a police complaint.

The Malad police have now booked Raja under several sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Despite repeated attempts Raja was not available for comments.
