Did they have to dress the little Dev just like the older one, with shirt and vest? Otherwise wouldn't the viewers recognize that it is Dev? It is so ridiculous to show that Dev (the character) has been dressing-up like that since his childhood!👎🏼

But looks like the shooting for the older Dev & Radhika has already begun and that means they are not going to extend the child version of Dev & Rad beyond 10-15 episodes that they had previously planned ... Is that really how it is going to be or will change based on TRPs?😉

Bee, even adult Radhika is shown to wear yellow lehnga and blue dupatta like the little Radhika. I don't think it is for actual show, but are promos that will be shown from time to time. So, they will show little kids separating with maybe kid Dev keeping Radhika's blue duppatta or some nishani (a substitute of payal). Then, maybe adult Radhika and adult Dev would meet one day and probably adult Radhika will try to remind adult Dev of their childhood. That is the promo for the boat ride. Of course, it won't happen in first few episodes and would 100 episodes or so to realize that both used to be childhood sweethearts or something like that.

Last time, it took 100 episodes for Dev to find out that his DG is called Radhika and is Vishaka's sister. That would happen here too.

Also, subtlety is not a strong suite of Hindi soap or Hindi movie writers. Everything has to be in your face kind of thing. On the other extreme, they won't show any thought process of characters and just close the track leaving audience scratching their heads.

Young boy Dev should have been shown with white dhoti-kurta to compliment the girl's dressing, but what I see in the promo shot is that they simply copied the dressing of the older Dev on younger Dev without giving thought.

Bee good observation about boy Dev usually they do wear shorts in villages
