After explaining her stand and vowing to protect Kesar, Gulaal insists on sticking to her decision of staying in her dead husband Vasant's home by virtue of her marriage to Kesar. While arguing her case, she also exposes the evil mindset of Raman who wants Kesar's property and Dushyant's feelings for her while Vasant was still alive. Eventually, the panchayat and villagers accept Gulaal's marriage to Kesar even though they are no match age wise. Her in-laws haven't accepted her totally yet.
Gulaal aka Mansi Parekh expresses her state of mind and says, "I know my decision has upset everyone and it might take time for them to see the reason why I did it and accept it but I don't mind waiting. I know I have Kesar and my family's best interests at heart. I hope they come around sooner than later."
In the upcoming episodes, Gulaal will dream of the fatal accident that snatched away Vasant from her and begin to have serious doubts about the accident. She will start to believe there was a conspiracy but when she urges the cop to find evidence but he gives up and wants to close the case for lack of evidence.
Meanwhile Dushyant's dreams are crushed and he is devastated. "I always thought by hook or crook I would get Gulaal, that she would be mine. And now I don't understand what is happening. I am shocked at her behaviour. How can she do this to me? What is the meaning of marrying Kesar? Gulaal has really hurt my pride and feelings. Doesn't she understand that I love her and will give her all the happiness in the world?" states a dejected Dushyant.
Now that Gulaal has thwarted him yet again, he isn't going to forgive her and move on. Will he harm Gulaal or Kesar? Will he exact revenge from her for not choosing him and insulting him before the entire village ?
