The TRP tale..

According to me NO...would like to know your views though

TRP was fine when the only way of watching a show was TV...but these days due to DTH people can record a show and watch it later...also people catch episodes of their fav shows on youtube and other sources as per their convenience.

Take a show like RBO the kind of viewers it has are not necessarily the one who will watch it when it is being aired on the TV ...but may catch it later online...they may not even watch it but create VMs or make posts and discusss it...does this not count as popularity?

According to me most of the viewed gallery on starone site is that of RBO...also the most no of comments are on RBOs article (Please correct me if I am wrong coz I have started following RBO since October only)...Its only when it comes to voting that we fall short at times....but the no of posts and variety of discussions we have about the show and its characters...the lovely VMs ...the siggies..the likes...the silent readers...is it not a proof that we love RBO so much and the show is quite popular amongst the kind of audience it is meant to cater to....Primarily youth...so why should TRP be considered as a measure of how this show is and make the show face consequences like no promos or repeats...I really feel frustrated at times..

Please give your views.

As for RBO,I feel this forum is definitely hatke.It might be a Star One show but the way we discuss things over here instead of just gushing at whatever romance they show between ShaNak shows that.And not just FF's or VM's.We actually have real discussions which cannot be seen in the so called top show forums.And how come people are not aware of this show is truly baffling cos there is a live update thread(which is fantaastic.Thanks to Priya,Teech and others),we get the video asap and written update with in an hour.Isn't that enough to show that this show has a huge popularity?

Star One ignoring RBO doesn't seem to help the matters either.Read somewhere that RBO is just romance all the time,then which show on Star One isn't lol.
