Biz logic lagana toh Geet mein chod hi do!!
Whenever a majority stake holder plans to dispose off his shares.. the 1st pref is always given to the existing shareholders... cuz they wud not want the ownership to go off to som1 who is currently not a part of the company!! Its after that the shares are made avlb to the general public... In the gven situation the bidding cud nt have happened w/o Arjun's presence .. since he owns 30%...
An outsider purchasing 50% of the shares.. (That too Annie.. who's suppose to be a student.. with no biz sense)... is a major threat to the existing share holders ....

All this while I was under the impression that Arjun is the owner of the event company.. Aaj pata chala that he's jus 30% stake holder... 😲

why i said half logic because remember when Arjun entered.....the few days after suddenly he had a company that he was workin at correct?? So that means in a haste he bought 30 percent......somehow to just attain some job...so he can stay and conjure up a plan lolzzz...
