It's not been promo'd for a while now. That has nothing to do w/ whether it will end. Its worst time was last year in September, when it was doing so badly that some thought it was on the chopping block. However, once its track changed and Sandhya started getting the upper hand, things improved considerably.

I just wonder - what is going on in the minds of the CVs, and what's going on in the minds of the channel? After landing the Jagirdars in jail, the CVs could have left them there and totally shifted the story, and dipped into the Jagirdars anytime they felt they needed them for TRPs, but otherwise released them like they did Sunita. Instead, killing off Yuvraj, and then showing a couple of Jagirdar minutes every episode is weird. I doubt it will end anytime soon, but I think the CVs have set it up so that if the channel asks them to end it, they'll be in a position to end it in an episode or 2, and leave the channel high & dry.

One more thing - I recall Sayantani once had differences w/ the show due to them not showcasing all the sisters, but nothing's really changed. Unless they plan to shift it now.

I do hope they come up w/ a strategy to have all these parallel tracks to make the show endearing and interesting, so that it essentially owns the 7 o clock slot.
