DE-STRESS MANTRA I absolutely love playing cricket ... and am addicted to gaming, says actor Jay Bhanushali My personal destress mantra is indulging in a physical workout.Even though Im a lazy guy and like to wake up late,I still make it a point to workout four to five days a week.I do around 40 to 50 minutes of weight training in the gym and besides that I jog for about an hour.I like to jog in the open.Exercising is the best channel for letting go of the stress and pent up frustration within yourself. Also, when you pursue a career in television, one needs to have a very good physique,so working out is also a necessity. I have never given yoga or meditation a serious shot probably because Im intimidated by it.I dont think I could manage to perform such an activity. But I make it a point to visit the spa for foot massages,at least once a week.I also absolutely love playing cricket.Im a part of a cricket team for over a year now, where me and my friends from the television industry indulge in our passion for playing cricket. I believe that to beat the stress, one needs to balance it out by spending time doing activities that help one relax and enjoy on a regular basis.Thankfully,I have enough things I enjoy.About two months back,I purchased a gaming console which has has me hooked on to it,ever since.Im a big foodie too,and love experimenting.I also love taking photographs whenever I go travelling.I enjoy handling the camera and being behind the camera as much as taking pictures.I dont party out much. Now I prefer house parties than go to overcrowded clubs.I believe in spending quality time with my family and friends. If Im not shooting,Im usually spending time with my family. Id like to advise others not to run behind money and career all the time,if its there in your luck, you will get it automatically. What you need to do is be happy and share good times with your family and friends.
