excuse the spelling of abhi's name...not sure how to spell it. I made this topic coz i thought it would be intersting to see what people thought of abhi's response to everything upto now. here is my personal short take. i really respect that he came and saved runjhuns respect by getting engaged to her just at the right time. he verbally stood up for her against the intimidating guddu and kept his stance firm.
But, he seem's to me very passive in far too may ways. when guddu was auctioning of her clothes, he just quietly picked them up again at the end and returned them to her. runjhun did what abhi should have done at that point,,,thrown them in guddu's face. today, i cant help but feel abhi should have shown much MORE of a reaction considering the situation. why did he not go thrash guddu,,,,after all the whole world was declaring runjhun impure ...which can only mean guddu did 1 thing. why was he not more upset by runjhuns state? abhi seems to do things/say things whic fulfill his ideas of righteousness,,,but nothing above and beyond to back up that so called righteousnes. he actually seems to lack that emotional attachment to runjhun and the unfolding events.
i look forward to seeing runjhun and guddu as a couple, because i do feel if it was guddu in abhi's situation...he would have ACTED and nobody would dare have disrespect HIS wife to be.
ironic as it is... i think guddu is what runjhun really needs.
