Any ideas folks?

have a baby or two, hit your 30's, given into a progressively declining metabolism (that is inevitable) and you will hit the jackpot and reminisce and yearn for today😆. I speak from personal experience. Until my first child was born I was a size zero and hated it. same comments for me as bold above. I even took products that people doing weightlifting took based on ill advice from some of the guys in my college group. Today I am a size 12 and I hate it and yearn for the size zero🤪😆

Niki darling don't worry abt gaining weight as long as you are healthy and not weak..I felt I am reading my story..All my life until I hit 47 I was slim...When I got married I was 85LBs...After having 2 kids @ 23 I was 102 LBs with being 5'- 6.5" tall 😳remained 125LBs until 47 and rest is history as manopause hit...Now I can't even go back but will keep trying..I was and am the skinniest of remaining siblings...
With my frist pregnancy people used to ask me if my baby was ok 😲😭 my son weigh 8.9 oz and I had gained only 12 lbs...both my kids weighed almost 9 lbs..One aunt even asked to go check out wi dr. to see if baby was alive 😡😭 You might have hyperthyroid...I was hyper and now am hypo 😭 No way one can win 😆
So enjoy while u can as long as u r healthy...🤗

niki......everything that everyone is writing is true...pregnancy, menopause, stopping smoking, etc etc all put on weight...but none of that for the future helps you right now where you are if you really want to gain a little weight..and if you do feel weak after the malaria... although dear the weakness may not be due to the thinness.. or weight loss...but...that said..everyone's metabolism is different so what works for one won't work for another....

some healthy suggestions to try to see IF they work for you are to eat healthy fats and healthy protein. Healthy fats are coconut oil, (to cook in) flaxseed oil and olive oil for salads, some ghee and/or butter. Bad fats are corn oil, canola oil. Snack on nuts, not just almonds, but cashews and other nuts too, and popcorn with butter. Cook the popcorn in coconut oil. Eat vegetables like avocado, lentils, and beans. Drink milkshakes, protein shakes. Eat healthy protein like salmon, sardines, herring and eggs. All of these i have mentioned are very healthy for you and will NOT raise cholesterol for later in life. Actually, bad fats and sugar is what raises the cholesterol and does lots of damage...so if you must have sweets limit the sugar and eat honey or coconut sweetened things...

good luck !! and hope you get your pierced ears to wear some cute earrings !!!
