Outsourcing

This practice may make sense for companies with respect to their IT department or customer service, but is it OK for a dance show? Geeta has outsourced choreography to a team of people she pays money to, and when you see a good choreography from her contestants, you actually should applaud the person who really choreographed it (but we don't know who those people are because they are not the ones on TV), and Geeta has nothing to do with it.

So it has now become public that Dharmesh and one other person are choreographing all of Geeta team's dances. 😆 How funny.

Geeta definitely has flaws as a choreographer and is not my most favorite, but its ridiculous the lengths people will go to undermine Geeta simply because they do not like aspects of her choreography.

All choreographers have assistants. Anyone assuming a choreographer is superhuman and can choreograph a troupe with different dances at one time has some serious issues with delusions. It is impossible. Like every chef needs sous chefs, desert chefs, prep chefs, bus boys etc a choreographer needs assistants. Just like sous chefs may prepare dishes of their own or contribute to concepts of a meal, assistant choreographers do have bits of original choreography and offer their input. Kudos to Geeta for being able to choose and retain good assistants. Looks like she has an eye for some talent.
