I am guessing that would be the reason Zee would have selected them, as the viewers are mainly Hindi speakers and so the pair wouldnt be able to bring in many votes and would be eliminated in the first round of voting anyway... If they would have tried to speak in Hindi even if broken, it would have helped them as Zee likes to keep them for TRP...

That is not true! I have seen so many dance reality shows from the South where the dance partners dance closely with each other.. The only thing they are conservative about is the outfits they put on - they wear skin color body suits under short costumes..
