well it is done by TAM. i think mostly it is manipulated by ekta kappor because everybody hates her serials and yet they turn out to be at the top. maybe guhas are taking their lessons seriously from ekta.

the ratings come out weekly. i get from a website after sending them a mail. if they are happy they send a reply otherwise i dont get to know
