When there is no prima facie case of murder of Jassi, i.e.,when the body has never been found and there are no eye witnesses of the actual killing, how the judge can ever admit the case. The defense lawyer is also silent on this issue. How come?

Why the lawyer cannot get an expert to verify the signature of Jassi.

Hi V!

I've been noticing everyone posting this question...

This is what I think. The case is still valid becasue you don't need a body, to take this to court. A crminal could have always gotten rid of the body with out leaving any trace, so the fact that a body doens't always show up doesn't mean that a criminal can't be prosecuted.

The reason this case is a joke is because there are so many things that Jessica can do to prove that she is Jassi. This chick is suppose to be intelligent, so why can't she do anyone of the following is beyond me.

  • DNA
  • Paternal test
  • Handwriting
  • Purab and Nadandani's confession
  • Make up artist's confession
  • Dentist's confession

I'm pretty sure with all of this evidence, this court drama can end.

All in all, this is all T&D madness.

Peaches.

One of these solutions will come at the end. It all depends on how long TD want to drag the court case.Sony people had remarked recently that Aman and Sakshi have cameo appearances only.Maybe 2 weeks?

True, a case can be made without a body but where is the proof that Jassi is dead? Some evidence in this respect is the first thing to be presented by the PP.The defence lawyer should have raised this point first.

Nothing new in this. Most court cases in Tellydom and even some in Bollywood are just farce.

We have noticed in several cases in other serials when no action is taken after the bail is granted as if bail acquits the accused. All is forgotten if not forgiven.

Hey I have a question..

Isnt the PP suppose to prove that Jassi guilty first instead of asking to prove that she is innocent by proving she is Jassi. Before Jassi goes for her defense that she is Jassi herself, isnt PP supposed to come up with some more things that she has indeed killed Jassi.

Or is the circumstancial evidence enough to prove her guilty as charged..Am I making any sense at all??? Or do I look confused more than T and D are???
