I think Prem's reaction was natural.............any husband who loved his wife as much as Prem did....who tried to break down her defenses slowly and persistently over a period of time......who did not force his attentions on her until he felt she was ready......who gave her umpteen opportunities to open up with him and tell him what is troubling her.........would be hurt when such a thing about his wife comes out in the open in front of the whole family.........and to top it all, he finds out his mother knew.......he naturally thinks his wife told her but not him!
He is in shock and will need time to realize that the tape was meant for him and not the family and that Nandini did tell him everything and it was his fault that he did not listen to the whole tape........that his mother did not come to know from Nandini but thru the medical test and then Govind..........that Nandini really did not know or remember anything until she overheard Govind and Pallavi..............and that Nandini is a victim as much as he is of circumstances! Once he realizes that, I am sure he will get Nandini back into his life.........but it will need time.......and I am hoping the CVs don't rush thru it but take time to show the healing process......
