I ve realised that I shouldnt have posted such a blunt reply to thr newbie's post.....sorry.....its just that the same thing happened with me on other forums where I used to post queries n each time other members used to tell me to use the help desk.......i didnt mean to be rude to him/her.....i thought he/she wud get the video on the help desk......sorry again :)
