Thanks for this post Aashi...I really think such posts are needed to make everyone especially the young 'uns more aware about the problems in our society as well as globally.
Ok now can I presume that most of human trafficking is done in third world countries? I'd say that's a safe assumption but please do correct me if I'm wrong. Hmm I think one big problem is that there aren't a lot of useful preventive measures against this crime. Furthermore like NJ asked, I don't even think there are many good organizations that can help the victims. Yes there's a evil and it should be eradicated. But what about those that are suffering? We really need to help them too and awareness is the first step.

P.S. A bit surprised and quite happy to see Lindsay Lohan helping out.

Great post and thanks for sharing all that information. Well i never thought of it before but from now whenever i see a child lab i tell them about the shelter and the help done by government and try to rescue them from the work.
