Mind over matter ? Works for you?

Have you ever tried this "Mind over Matter" stuff?
Does it work for you?
We cannot just close our eyes and say the world does not exist nor be indifferent to situations but I guess we can try to rationalize and understand better.
It is not just will power but there is much more to it.


Though a trained n disciplined mind can do wonders yet it would be dry without love, once emotions are involved logic goes out of the window. So a new set of rules is needed. I rather give love priority.

What exactly do you mean by Mind over Matter?

Well in the hot summer last year, our car had gone for servicing and when I traveled in the sun I used to think of a refridgerator, ac's, polar bears, etc and felt relatively better. keyword : relatively.
