It wouldn't be very logical.

Pihu starts wearing Gauri's saree out of nowhere, and then Gauri drags her down the stairs. How can this be a plan? It's not like Gauri and Rudra knew Pihu was going to wear Gauri's saree. They can't have planned it beforehand. So if it turns out that it is a plan, I think it would be very illogical.

The plan should be about insulting G in front of P to let her beleive that R is ready to leave G to marry her..... and to expose her later on!
