Promo was a flash back from the time after the rape...Govind found Krushna's necklace chain in Nandini's hand while she was unconcious...He beat the crap out of Krushna...

Oh well Krushna might be no more as Nandini decided to take law in her own hands w/o telling Prem what Krushna has done to her and his plans to hurt Prapti...Nandini although victim of rape wil be bringing more trouble to her...
