hi I think its Nandani the first wife of Ranvijai and his twins daugther.
The docter is one of the twins they didnt died in the fire of the havile.
They think LALI cheated on them not rescue the on that fire. LALI is now helping Jumani who cost the fire and was rekhal of Ranvijai and Rekha is Lali sister who married to Ranvijai. So motive are there to take revenge on Lali.
