thats quite possible but in bone marrow transplants the match needs to be almost identical to the receiver which would only be possible if the 2nd child also has the same parents...if it is vaishu's child most likely the bone marrow wont match to varun so prob madhuri & Dharmesh need to get together and have a 2nd baby

I think the reason for Madhuri wanting Dharmesh child 🤢 is that Varun must be very sick, who will need his siblings bone marrow or something. Doctors have probably told Madhuri that, and she came all the way to Mumbai to talk with Dharmesh personally, instead of over the phone.

I have my doubts ..I am saying this because when Dharmesh asked Madhuri why she is coming to Mumbai , she said ' it is nothing important but I have to come and talk to you ' .If her son was that critical and this was the way to save his life then she would have been in a more panic state ..

But we will find out tomorrow ..
