Epi starts with RR looking all mad and wakes up Pihu and gets mad at her, remiding her of why she's here. Pihu inturn gets mad at RR and blames her for forgetting to give Rudr the letter and not putting sleeping pills in Abhay's milk and RR blames Pihu instead and they start aruging. Pihu says she'll leave as soon as Abhay come and RR gets mad. Ratnesh tells them to stop because this is what Gauri wants and everyone wants to see her out of the house. He says that Gauri made a mistake by sending Rudr to office and mistakes get punished. He narrarates a plan in mute and Pihu and RR get happy. RR says that there's a lot of risks involved but Pihu says that Ratnesh's plan is perfect and that Gauri can never take Pihu's place, even if Pihu is married, and that in in Gauri and Pihu's fight only she will win.
RR and Pihu go to the breakfast table and it's quiet. Pihu glances at Rudr a bit and Gauri and Dada ji and Ketki glance at each other too. Abhay comes and greets everyone and Dada ji asks how he is and he looks at Pihu before asking and Dada ji wonders whats up. Abhay explains how even though she twisted her ankle she had planned a romantic surprise for him. Rudr looks at Pihu and seems a bit mad and Dada ji comments oh it's a wife's duty to serve her husband. After this Rudr just leaves the table. RR asks Gauri why Rudr left without eating but Dada ji answers saying he probably didn't want to eat since he's going to office and might be getting late. Ratnesh then suggests having a party to celebrate Rudr going to work and since it's the new year, make it s aNew Year's party as well. Dada ji and RR both agree but then Abhay says that since Pihu's foot is getting better, he was thinking that they should go home as his parents are also coming home soon so they have to be there. He also says that since they're busy with the party, he doesn't want ot get in the way and that him and Pihu will leave in the afternoon. RR objects and makes an excuse how Pihu's come to see them after so long and how Pihu loves parties. She suggests that they spend the night and leave in the morning. Abhay agrees and Ratnesh leaves to organize the party.
Rudr's taking a shower and remembers the kitchen scene about Abhay saying Pihu had planned a romantic surprise for him and flashbacks of the garden scene and he's upset. Gauri calls out to him saying he's getting late and that she's setting out his clothes for him and he snaps out of it. He goes and ask Gauri who said he's going? And says he's not going. he says how he's upset and wonders when Gauri will understand him Gauri gets upset and turns to leave but sees Dada ji. She wipes her tears and makes an excuse that no one's in the kitchen and leaves.
Dada ji tells Rudr to get ready but Rudr says he doens't wanna go to work. Dada ji says that no ones going to work and that it's a day off. he says they're having a party so they need to go out and arrange for it and Dada ji wants to buy Gauri a gift. Rudr refuses and Dad ji says how Rudr's big now and can do what he wants and says that even though he's never said anything to Rudr, he's older and therefore has some expectations from Rudr. Rudr says that Dada ji has a right on him and asks why he's saying all this. Dada ji tells Rudr how Rudr's changed and that before he didn't hurt anyone and cared about people and now he's hurting Gauri with his behaviour. Rudr asks what he did and Dada ji tells him how he broke the gift he got for Gauri and what he did just now. He suggests Rudr buys Gauri a gift and give it to Gauri at the party tonight to make up for it.
RR tells Pihu how they only have today to be successful and is worried about Abhay coming in the way. Pihu reassures her and tells her not to worry. RR sees Ketki and Gauri and she tells Ketki to prepare for the party but Ketki tells RR that everythings been done and RR turns around and sees everything decorated [how do you not notice?🤣]
Rudr comes and he asks Pihu how her foot is but then says that she made Abhay's night special so she's obviously fine. RR changes the subject and aska Rudr where he was as she needed his help and he says he went shopping with Dada ji. She sees Rudr holding a box and thinks it's for her and starts opening it and sees a black sari. She says that it's Pihu's fav colour [or something along those lines] and says it'll look good on her and gives it to Pihu. Pihu says how Rudr still remembers what she likes and then Dada ji walks in. He says that RR likes to assume things on her own and asks why Rudr will buy a sari for Pihu and says it's for Gauri to wear tonight. He says that Rudr wont say anything cuz she keeps talking and that Rudr's choice doesn't change but the person he's giving the gift to has changed. RR says that she thought it was for Pihu because of the colour and that Pihu's their guest so give the sari to Pihu. She says ho wshe has a really nice sari that Gauri can wear. Dada ji says that if it's so nice give tito Pihu and that Rudr bought this sari for Gauri. He takes the sari from Pihu and gives it to Gauri telling her to take care of her stuff as he wont always be there to get her stuff back for her. He then says he'll wear whatever Rudr picks and leaves with Rudr.
Pihu gets mad seeing Gauri all happy and tells her not to get all happy for winning this small round cuz she's going to lose later. Gauri says that she's hapy that she's not like Pihu and Pihu warns her telling her she should watch out. Basically they confront each other and ends with Gauri saying that she wants to see what Pihu can do and as to why her husband [Rudr] still loves her. RR and Pihu both leaves and Ketki tells Guari that she's sure she'll win and Gauri says she has to win because it's about a wife's abhimaan.
Switches to the party and RR sees Abhay and Pihu coming and says that Pihu looks more beautiful in the sari then when RR had worn it. Abhay agrees that Pihu looks beatiful and that he's lucky to have her. He then excuses himself and RR tells Pihu that Gauri's happy because she got a sari from Rudr but when Rudr sees Pihu he'll be speechless.
Dadaji makes an announcement that the party is for Rudr and Gauri and that Gauri is not only Rudr's wife but his sangini and basically introduces them. They both come walking down the stairs and the while time Rudr's looking at Pihu.
Dada ji introduces Gauri to a few people and says how he's not worried about Rudr anymore cuz he has someone like Gauri in his life now.
Rudr sees Pihu and both start walking towards each other while RR is happy and Gauri is upset. Pihu sticks her hand out for Rudr to shake and then hugs him
