Hi guys i m back after a long time....well in today's episode when abhay goes to get pia's pendant in a haveli...when abhay was thinking the old days where Maithli and abhay talking on a bed...maithli said "yeh sab kab tak chalay ga abhay??"...i think his name is something else he is just pretending that he is abhay raichand...his real name is not abhay...what u guys think..it's a blooper..

The show is similar to vampire diaries and twilight, its a similar concept in vampire diaries where stefan lived in 1860 something and nina played a girl in his past life and he is was alive that time... so abhay also like maithali who is similar to pia...

The name "Abhay" does not sound really old. It sounds like a recent name. So, yes his name might have been something else in the 18th century.

i think it is abhimanyu and shortly called as abhay

yeah may be or not because as he is a Vampire and he is living for centuries so no need for him to change his name.

Well, Abhay means a person who doesn't fear. This kind of name is possible even in 18th century but with some extensions to the name. So, the name could be Abhay Singh or Abhayendra Singh or Abhimanyu (as somebody mentioned before)
