| What is your fitness regime? I do martial arts and dace every alternate day and do weight lifting thrice a week. | |||
| How important is it to follow a fitness regime? It is very important to remain fit by following a strict regime. It just doesn't keep you fit physically but mentally too. Work-out has become an intrinsic part of my life and I become restless if I don't get to hit the gym even for a day. It's satisfying and works as stress-buster for me. | |||
