Karan is back in his jail cell, all teary eyed and depressed thinking about all the times he has spent with his mom. Next day, all the sisters are in the Sanghvi house kitchen, and talking about how they are thinking about Karan and Shalu Aunty. Akaashi continues to blame herself, saying that if she hadn't done that as a child, then the situation would totally be different. Smriti tells her that there's no point in dwelling on what has happened, and you have to move on. Anokhi says that she never liked Karan but seeing him the day before, she felt really bad for him. Right then, Mihir comes into the kitchen and gives Smriti the numbers of real estate agents, and he drags Purva away saying that she needs to rest. Smriti tells Akaashi to leave as well, saying that Shamad must be waiting for her.
In Purva and Mihir's room , Mihir is giving Purva medicines (it's actually quite sweet) and notices that Purva wasn't paying attention to what he was saying at all. Purva says that she's worried about Karan, and Mihir tells her not to worry, but they'll take care of him, and I felt really bad for him after seeing him tomorrow. And he tells Purva not to take any tension, and leaves.
Smriti is talking on the phone to real estate agents, and Anokhi is helping her out. Purva is watching everything from the doorway, and seems mad at Smriti again, and Anokhi yells at her saying that she's taking tension again and threatens to call Mihir. But Purva doesn't seem to change her mind.
Shamad is at home telling Akaashi that she has to take care of herself, and Akaashi promises that she'll be fine very soon, and asks him why he's not going to work. Shamad says that until she's not ready for the beauty pageant, he's not going to work. Akaashi immediately starts worrying about how she's going to prepare and Shamad calms her down. Right then, two people from the pageant come to fix her outfits and Shamad initially doesn't understand what they're saying until they translate into hindi. And the designers come inside and Shamad tries his hand at English but they tell him to not waste their time and go bring back food. Shamad quietly leaves. The designers show Akaashi some dresses and when Shamad comes back, Akaashi shows them to him and he promises to buy her something exactly like that. The designers scoff, and ask why Akaashi is showing all of those designs to him, it's not like he can pay for them. Akaashi gets mad at them and tells them that Shamad is her husband and the designers look shocked and then apologize, and then Shamad asks how much all those dresses cost and they say something in the thousands. When Akaashi and Shamd look at each other, one of the designers says that he knew that they wouldn't even buy anything, and Akaashi throws the book back in his face and says that its his designs that stink. And she tells them off and kicks them out.
Purva and Mihir talking when Mihir gets a phone call from the police station and the two go there. The police man shows them another policeman who is seriously injured and tells them that Karan has done that. And he takes them to the jail where the police are beating Karan mercilessly, and he's screaming and tied up and bloody. Mihir asks the jailer what is happening and the jailer says that he hasn't eaten anything and has been screaming and acting crazy since the day before. Mihir attempts to talk to Karan and he sounds crazy and starts screaming (if anyone of you have watched Chandramukhi or Bhool Bulaiyaa…Karan totally reminded me of the dancer in her crazy mode sfhdf scary)
And he falls unconscious and is literally hanging from the ropes. Mihir is thinking about how different Karan has been over the apst two days.
They take Mihir to the hospital where he's tied to the hospital bed and is slowly starting to wake up. And this time he seems extremely calm, just calling out for his mother, and he asks why he's there and that he's in pain and wants to be freed. Everyone is confused as to what is happening, the fluctuation between his crazy and calm side. And he pleads with Purva and Mihir to take him home.
Precap: The two designers are asking Akaashi to show them her dress and she shows it to them and they yell at her, saying that until yesterday she had called the design ugly and now she has a duplicate copy of that same dress. And Akaashi looks close to tears.
