Baisakh has shown tremendous brilliance here and there. He completely surprise you with his performance on a given day.
But no way you can compare him with Great Kishore Kumar.

So far the one closest to Kishore da has been Kumar Sanu I believe.
But even then he did not come close enough.

Let us compare with the original. The richness of Kishore da's voice is very obvious and it is very natural and sung with easy with variation and flexibility.
Bishak has done a very good job but his voice is not as heavy and rich, partly due to his being much younger. Another 10 years and he is on the way.
