Mukti getting pregnant would be horrible for the poor thing...as if her life isn't screwed up enough...add a kid to the equation, and it equals disaster...and they is definitely other ways to getting evidences...a confession of Sharad is needed, which could be attained before the court or during the court (which would be better since the judge could hear it himself)...Sharad is a sexist egomaniac, there is definitive ways to break him down in court...and Prem does have all the evidence...
