I dont think Ishaan has realised that Suhana is falling for him............... I dont think he will faint but rather he will die of heart attack when he realises that............😆

To answer ur question in one line - because till now Suhana is nothing more a friend now to Ishaan - wife 'officially' only as Suhana herself puts it!

To be honest! i agree that suhana never treated Ishaan as her husband! while Ishaan was treating suhana as his wife some how ishaan treated her as he does'nt luv her!..Now the way ishaan is treating sona is over the line!..He never treated Suhana that way as sona! What ever happens ishaan should never forget how to treat suhana and how to treat sona..ishaan should never forget the difference between the manner he has to treat sona in and the manner he has to treat suhana in! ..Suhana is slowly turing forward to the jealousy step in 'LOVE' ...for ishaan , Suhana is not in love with him , and ishaan still thinks that Suhana and his marriage was a compromise ..well , it was a compromise but now its turning into 'TRUE LOVE' that suhana is just realizing!..Suhana is getting worried that the family is treating Sona more nicely and more sweetly than her! she is worried if Sona replaces her place in the 'FAMILY' ...😳😳 ...
