I agree I think this is Nupur's plan to break Anu and Taani up, because she knows that one Onu will feel guilty for putting Mirnali and Robbi together, but also that he will say the kid is his so that Mouli and Robi don't break up.

I think it's shekhar's plan especially after what he told nupur when he was done giving Tani the responsibilities for Roby's marriage and that evil smile on his face.
