Half of the contestants have either performed in previous dance reality shows or have had experience with dancing. Tanushree Dutta has danced in some of the movies she has done, Yana Gupta is an item girl, Shushant Singh Rajput has been seen in Zara Nachke Dikha. In the light of this, how will the amateurs be able to cope up with already experienced dancers? How is it even fair to compare the dancing skills of say, Tanushree Dutta with any contestant who has never really had a formal dancing experience before? Do you think it is fair at all?

They're all from the industry where they have danced at some point or the other. Each year they have one or two people who haven't danced professionally like Baichung Bhutia(spelling) from last season but he was the surprise packet. It doesn't matter if they have danced professionally before or not as long as they understand the rhythm, they can dance well as they have been given a professional choreographer.

So in other words you can compare Chang, who has had experience with singing, to Shekhar Suman, who has had some experience with singing?

^^ In a way yes, because both understands the basic "sur" rest depends on their picking ability and passion to learn. Just FYI Shekhar Suman is classically trained and Chang's not, but still Chang is better singer than Shekhar.

Oh, nooo, I learn classical music, and believe me singing is much more than just the 'sur' or the tone. Yes, Shekhar Suman is classically trained, but for starters, his voice isn't fit for singing anyways, so can't compare their voices...OK agreed, it was a bad example.😆

Tanusharu Dutta is a veryyyyy bad dancer haha..like i seen her do it in Sheila ki Jawaanii..she is not going to last long..she is not a threat...

But i tottaly agree with you..I mean there has to be a limit..

like Krushna, he has been in soo many dance shows, and like the winner too i think..

Hmmm, I agree, is Tanushree participating?? :O

It clearly is not fair.. but then, I guess all actors do dance. But singers are being brought in.. who, I am sure might not have danced as much as an actor is expected to know dance.

I don't understand on what basis the celebrities are selected for the show..

My point is that a person who has been experienced in something prior to another person or has been exposed to a treatment more in comparison to another person is bound to be proficient in that subject, no? So, obviously there's gonna be bias induced...and not to mention the popularity of these 'chocolate stars'
