PM is sitting in her room checking some official files. Karan enters the room with a sad face and the divorce papers in his hands. He tells his mother that the relation for which he had fought with everybody in the house is finally over with Shweta signing the divorce papers. PM tries to console Rohit but he tells that he's not bothered about Shweta. But PM insists that the sorry state of his heart is well reflected in his eyes. They discuss how Shweta even after being a member of the family could not be a part of the same family, while Lakshya who is an outsider has proved to be more like a family member. A maid then enters the room and informs PM and Karan that dinner has been served.
Both PM and Karan goes to the dining space where Lakshya is having dinner with them. PM thanks him but Lakshya tells them all that now he has realised the importance of being a part of a family and will miss them all once he is gone. Everybody is surprised. Karan asks Lakshya where he's going. Lakshya tells them that he has got a good offer from a private TV channel to head their channel in a different city and that's why he was leaving them all. Of course, he would miss them all dearly in the coming days. Urvashi is unhappy and she asks Lakshya why he had not told her about his plans although he had been in he house since evening. Lakshya tells that he planned to tell her but never got an opportunity to do so. Urvashi leaves the dining table and goes to her room. She's sitting on her bed and feeling sad when Karan enters the room. He requests Urvashi to think about her life and about herself once more before Lakshya leaves next morning and to take a decision. He insists that Lakshya is a very fine chap who loves Urvashi a lot, maybe even more than Kunal bhaiyya and that Urvashi needs to get going in her life.
After dinner, Lakshya and Urvashi are in Urvashi's room discussing the present state of affairs. Urvashi expresses her helplessness in making a decision as she is bogged down with a number of issues concerning her duty towards her late husband's family, the children and others. She of course realises that she is all alone in this battle. She tells Lakshya that though Lakshya's eyes held the promise of the future and she realises that she's being unfair to him, 😛 yet she is unable to come to a decision. She asks Lakshya to help her out. Lakshya tells her to do exactly what her heart dictates her so that she won't make a mistake as far as her heart is concerned. He felt that although Urvashi was thinking about her past and future, she was ignoring her present. Lakshya tells Urvashi that every decision has to be taken according to the best perceived time otherwise even the best intentions might fail. Urvashi thanks Lakshya for helping her out. 😉
Meanwhile, Krittika and Sudhanshu has come visitng PM and the family with their daughter. PM welcomes her to the family and everybody is excited with the kid. PM feels that maybe the dark days of her family members have finally receded. She tells Lakshya that even though Urvashi had arrived in the family as a daughter-in-law, she would be leaving them as a daughter and requested him to take good care of her. Lakshya assures her that he will definitely do so and promises that he will also look after Pakhi and Rohan well. Mausi warns Lakshya that she would drop in to their house to check things as and when she feels the need to do so. Lakshya welcomes her to his house anytime she wants. Sushanshu decides that Krittika and he would do all the marriage jobs from Lakshya's side while Lakshya insists that the marriage be held in a temple. PM agrees and says that she will check out with the priest for a suitable date.
At night, Pakhi lies awake and wonders why they would have to leave their Dadi's residence and why they could not all continue staying at PM's residence. Urvashi tells her that every girl has to leave her parents house when she grows up and go to her own house. She asks Pakhi whether Pakhi and Rohan are ok with her decision. Pakhi tells her that they find Lakshya very cool.
At Bhagwant's residence, Bhagwant is sitting in the drawing room listening to a ghazal and drinking. Shweta enters the room and tells Bhagwant how he can relax when the saddest family of Vishal Pradesh has become the most happiest one. Bhagwant assures her that the situation will not be so now and every happiness PM's family is experiencing now will be short-lived. He then blows a conch shell as a sign for starting the war. He next meets some goons and tells them to do their job satisafctorily and evaporate from the city for some days so that nobody would have any inkling about anything. 😡
Karan tells Lakshya over the phone that he is taking Urvashi to the temple while ohers will be there very soon. Lakshya informs him that he has asked a few of his friends to come along with him. He is very happy.
Karan is driving Urvashi to the temple. They are joking with each other, Urvashi states how she never thought that she would get married second time. Karan jokes how poor Lakshya almost never got married for once 😆 and that he has turbulent days ahead of him since he has already endured many scoldings before his marriage only. 😆 Urvashi laughs good naturedly with Karan.
A man is lying on the stretch of the road in front of their car. Karan goes out to check the man's condition, whether he had an accident or what, when he gets dunked on his head with a stick. Karan kay injured on the road. Urvashi is afraid and 2-3 goons chase her into the forest. 😡 She hides behind a tree while the goon stake a detour. She tries to get away from them when they trun back and see Urvashi. The moment freezes.
