Vitiligo-please help!

hi. My 8year old daughter has vitiligo around her eyes and on her foot and a few other places. It is spreading and now i have stopped treatment. Do you know of any cures or suggestions that will help take away her vitiligo?? pls help as soon as possible thank you😊
