Ok as far as I can tell its not rashi's actual brother but think it's her mama's son meaning urmilla's nephew. He get on well with rashi and is suppose to play a funny character and koki assumes that dhawal is like urmilla and rashi. No idea who the actor is playing him, its ashish sharma I think.

DARN IT!!! Another male joker in this serial.....!!!! 😡 I was really hoping he was this big shot, strong male character that was going to give a taste of his own medicine to Ahem after marrying Kinjal! .......but they made him the comic relief of the damn show................why are the CVs always doing opposite of what we want.....for once do what the viewers want to see!!! urghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
