Preity's career was already downhill when she was in the relationship with Ness...a lot of mags and general gossip hinted at their marriage! Infact, when they both came together for Ash-Abhi marriage (How gorgeous they looked together!) rumor was rife that Ness was going to propose to her anyday now!

God knows what went wrong! But what was always clear was that Maureen Wadia absolutely detested Preity...mostly because she has a middle-class background and is from the 'film' line...she prolly wanted someone from a high-profile family for Ness!

Not that Preity is my bosom buddy or anything, but I think that Preity would have happily sacrificed any career she had to marry Ness! He is not just anybody on the street, belongs to one of India's richest, most respected and well-known family! Almost like Corporate Royalty!

The reason for their break-up might have been mutual, with the added onus of the boyfriend's mom hating her!😆

Compliment! I travel a lot, eat healthy and exercise. I had put on seven kilos during IPL but now as my shooting is scheduled I have been working out. I have shed five kilos for my role.

apparently, new films on her way, not anything confirmed, but she is not the kind of person who talks airy fairy things so i guess, she has some projects on her cards
