As simriti did not get the divorce from mihir and marry karan. so wanna know according to law is this marriage legal. also mihir is not divorced from simirit and now simriti is alive . is mihir and purva marriage are legal. just confused about the status of two marriages.

in india not all the martial relationship ends with divorce..they may even seperate on mutual understanding..may be this is one of the case i think
