It is rather cute to go through Neelam's tweets related to Big Boss and Samir. She expresses her concern, fondness and love in a very subdued manner. Seems to be a very dignified lady and a good match for him. I've read an old interview of Samir where he'd mentioned that he has been unlucky in love. Seems the tables have turned and he has found his right match..

Neelam is one of the best dancers along with Meenakshi Seshadri of Bollywood, though none got recognitions for their dancing talents as much as others got. Both are no less than Madhuri or Sridevi. She was very sweet and acted with most of the leading men like Amir, Salman, Govinda. She played Amitabh Bachchan's daughter in the movie "Indrajeet". She was very elegant...actually Neelam-Sameer make a good match as regards to their backgrounds, education etc.

I read an article on india-forums itself about couples breaking up and Sameer and Neelam were in their list. Apparently, they have been going out about 8-9 years back when the article was out. They had broken up but I guess they got back together :) Hope they stay together!!!

Nope, I read in an article that they met only 1.5 - 2 years back at a party organized by Ekta Kapoor and was gradually attracted to each other. Samir declared his love for her last year (September 2009) as a special announcement during his birthday pary in which Neelam was also present. But after 2 months, her parents intervened as they are very protective about their daughter and the couple drifted apart for a short while. But soon they convinced their respective parents and the families have accepted them whole heartedly.

They were due to tie the knot in Dec 2010 before Big Boss happened. Now the marriage would take place after he comes out of the Big Boss house.
