Zee nite rocks Malaysia

Malaysia was the chosen destination for Zee nite this year. It has previously been held at Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok. The event was hosted by Soumya Tandon and a popular local singer, actor and RJ Aanantha.

Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande (Manav and Archana of Pavitra Rishta), Shakti Mohan (winner of Dance India Dance 2), Jai Kumar Nair and singers Rohanpreet Sumdha and Harpreet were among those who performed at the event.
"Performing at Zee nite was a terrific experience. I and Ankita performed on Shah Rukh Khan's hit songs and the response that we received for the act was overwhelming. We also got the opportunity to interact with the crowd and our fans kept hugging and kissing us. It was really touching" says Sushant Singh Rajput.
An excited Shakti Mohan said "The response of the crowd was overwhelming. My act was based on a medley on songs on which I had performed on in Dance India Dance." " I ended the act with Munni Badnaam Hui and the crowd went crazy" she recalls with a smile.
The show ended with all the artists performing together on AR Rahman's Jai Ho.
