Don't know if airing it live (with a few seconds time delay) will make a huge difference. Some points to consider:

1) The show would come across as more authentic

2) There would be no editing of the final episode

3) Possible censorship issues 😕

4) Results would be aired live too

No from my side, as it would be too difficult for the channel to control the time. Sometimes things happen spontaneously and if you air live, you'll miss the time limit.
By recording, you can edit and remove unnecessary clips and add the spontaneos parts that we might enjoy.
