I just entered in the forum...and found my spoof corner closed 😭 😭...
With due respect to Mod's decisions I want to be able to criticize the characters I don't like without being accused of instigation. I don't find their characterization good, and I want to be able to freely express it. And when I am talking about Veer Ichha--its not a relative comparison with Tapasya...in absolute terms it refers to Veer and Ichha only...... I like Tapasya only because of the way it is being portrayed by Rashmi--and it has nothing to with my dislike for characterization of Veer and Ichha.......and I am not here to win or lose wars....or get any false sense of achievement out of internet wars.....I have opinions, which I am sorry might differ from majority.....but I want to express them.
okay....my points why I do not like Ichha:
1) It glorifies servile attitude as sacrificing
2) Dangerously bad decision making and lack of wisdom, glorified as simplicity
3) Showed signs of ambition initially as child, the character lacks ambition completely now
4) Does not stand on her ground for long (even if feelings for Veer had starting resurfacing, any wise woman would have waited for atleast a while, to let the ashes from past settle down.....immediately jumping from one marriage to another, being at one or the other extreme edge, how much ever is celebrated here, to me shows lack of patience, maturity and emotional stability.)
5) I do not like Tina's screen presence and dialogue delivery
Why I don't like Veer:
1) He seems to have completely followed Ichha''s character......if he had not wanted Tapasya...he should have never brought her back (even for his brother's sake)........if he brought her back, he should have given her the place of wife..... .......you don't get into games with people.......its not a game of "ghar ghar"......ya to shaadi hoti hai ya nahi hoti hai- and when there is no marriage...you don't bring that woman into your house UNDER ANY PRETEXT and it is emotionally abusive.
NOTE: I am writing on this forum to express my opinions and I am not interested in instigating 10-15 people here.....my post is not meant for them but for speaking out my mind to 100s of silent readers who visit here....! So humble request to active members..please don't get instigated as I have no intention to dishonor your ideas, I am only expressing mine.
