I think Sony needs to make greater effort to engage audience to the programs. I used to watch Sony and other Indian channels, but I lost touch with most of the serials because each story lost its essence and the movies that Sony play are either shown already, or people have seen em. Sony repeats most of their shows, serials, and movies; therefore, I don't like to watch it.
