OMG!!! Prashant, who was shown winning Rs. 1 crore in promos opted for double dip at 5crore question!
the question was that who was the first person to be born in Antarctica...

He opted for a double dip.

He gave his first answer... It came out to be WRONG!!

He gave his second answer...Initially he spoke correct but when Big B asked him whether he was sure, he chose the wrong one! He came down to Rs. 3,20,000 from Rs 1 Crore!

Although this episode was one of the biggest blunder shown on Indian television, but yes, it does warn us, to not take such big risks in life..

Yo there
Life is all about risks,he thought that this is what he was playing for.ppl would go to kbs to win 5 c,and if he's getting the chance,he should try his luck.He knew that it could be wrong.
it was his opinion, and i hope he doesn't regret it.cause i know some wont if they were him.

1 c is a HUGE amount of money,,but 5 c is hugER. n if i was him..i was sure gonna try my luck at 5 c qs.
such things happen in life..it was by fluke that he chose dose options..n maybe der's somethin better in store for him !!

n e way..i must say..marvelous guy :-) loved his confidence.

hi...first of all i didnt mean mistake by KBC..

Secondly, I think Prashant was used to take risks as he is in stock market.. but since his parents also suggested him to play only if he knew the answer, I think he should not have opted for double dip.... anyways..its a big thing that he became a crorepati, even though it was for a few minutes.

Secondly, the guy was a risk taker, not risk avert. See, he had faith on his Lord ... and he took a risk. He gambled in life, not not all gambles pay off. This didn't, but look at the most interesting part of him, he doesnt forget his value for life even if you place millions and millions infront of him. Here is a man with a strong character. Padokone cannot get a man like him even if she search the whole Indian Film Industry with a lamp:D :) ... seriously, I wish Padukone take interest in him. We need a fairy tale lovestory coming out of the tinsel town now! ... The Abhishek and Aishwariya is a common Film Industry event .. merging to create higher brand value ... lol its all a business deal I feel... heh.

Was there a point in there somewhere?? Oh yeah, one more chance to bash KBC. The frustration is cracking me up. First the instant khichdi and now McDonalds!! Two great minds think that KBC is somehow at fault. They also go on to give out their expert (and free) opinions on how KBC should be run and what that guy should have done etc... McDonald all of a sudden goes from KBC's 1 cr parao to Ash-Abhi's marriage... Can anyone see multiple personality disorder here?? Keep 'em coming.

Ok, that makes more sense 😊

I agree, he should not have taken such a huge risk, was not worth it in the end

Lol I was thinking the same thing about McDonalds post, I think IstantKhichdi was meaning the guy made a mistake. But I really don't get Mc Donalds post ,why bring the Abhi-Ash wedding when it has no relevance in this topic! You're right just seems like another way to try and bash KBC!
