why not the INDIAN government pay some thing (AS INCENTIVE MAY BE Rs. 10000 ) which is better than NOTHINGG to motivate private school workers, labours, teachers. especially teachers who are also more qualified and talented and experienced in delivering results (good future Indian citizen, good knowledge, etc). this is the reason for brain drain and a person who has potential to earn Rs. 400, 000 permonth in london has to work for mere Rs. 8000. and they expect us workk with all good motivation. god save mera pyari INDIAN MATHA, who is losing good teachers to all known good paying countries. ANY ONE TO HELP POOR TEACHERS.
