there is soo much veeya baby jaap in this forum. I wonder if that baby (if ever born) will be out of wedding locks or what? I think veer had divorced tapasya, she had signed the papers. they were just pretending to be husband-wife. and she went beyond expectations in wifey act. if they got remarried and then conceived this baby. then when did divorce happened again???

Oh for HEAVENS sake!!! The very fact that Veer himself filled sindoor in her maang out of his own accord...and the fact that the marriage then became legal makes the baby that of a married couple! Now stop these stupid logics or we will have another argument!😡

And if u knew LAW you would know that just by signing the divorce papers nobody gets automatically divorced😆 those papers need to be lodged in court and approved by a judge and nowadays it is not easy to get a divorce as there are trial spearations and all that need to be satisfied. Tapu just signed the papers but Veer never lodged them in court he gave those papers to Jogi saying they werent needed anymore cos he had decided to accept her.

So as much as anyone might not like to admit it..this child is 101% legal!

I know but I hope they don't show all court case etc. to make it lengthly, just hint that both signed. why to find more actors to show case in court. because otherwise this new track - veer's marriage will be illegal, but all must ahve settled before that else that evil will eb dancing up and down making others' life hell

oh in india i think people dont even know abt law.by signing on divorce papers people cant get divorce.there is no instant divorce over here its india not US.after submiting divorce papers court will do counselling for husband and wife and after that husband and wife must live for 1year in the same house and after that atleast one party doesnt want to get divorced the divorce is not issued unless when the one party is mentally unfit/cant give birth 2 child/have an affair and it can be proved.even after all accusations court will always support 2 unite the couple not 2 seperate them.

to get divorce is not that u have ordered for pizza by sitting in home and u get home delivery.

Its simply absurd to suggest anything about the baby being illegal😆 its sheer vindictiveness😡

but thers an option of consented divorce. if both husband -wife want divorce & papers signed by mutual consent & r produced in front of the judge then theres no need of these things. and its not 1yr but 6 months & i think after signing papers they've lived for 6 months so it won't create any problem!!😆😆😆

there r so many instances where widout any reason like the above stated ppl got divorce. aamir got divorce on the basis of temperamental difference!! and so many actor/esses get divorce on temperamental differences!! so don't state illogical reasons 2 justify taps fraud marriage. even law allows 2 dissolve such marriages!!! and i m stating this going by real life examples also & not just reading or knowing law processes only!!

ji😆 still divorce is not given so quickly and easily😆. If Veer wanted the marriage annulled he would have had to do it b4 he went and made any relationship with her. Do you think the judge after knowing Veer accepted her...brought her back to his house...kept her as his wife...introduced her as his wife...had a physical relationship with her and even made her pregnant will still grant a divorce or annullment so easily?😆 Of course not!😆 I know this serial is illogical and has no regard for the law but if this were a real life case Veer would certainly need to apply for a divorce now!😆
