Ermm...It all depend on Thulasi, our weak heroine..she has to deny it and file case on Vel for forgery but i doubt she will do that so i guess no aapu for Vel. People who signs under papers without double checking or read the content should learn their lesson😈

It is only her mistake and it is her signature , They can easily prove that with finger prints.
If she says she didn't read it or somebody cheated her, it is still her foolishness only.
The only way she can escape is the papers getting lost or destroyed.

I think TA will end up believing all this nonsense about Thuls and will let her know about it too - Then Thuls will probably not bother to file a complaint against Vel as if TA does not believe her then this is not worth fighting for - Unless there really is a blue moon and Thuls grows a backbone!!

Thulasi is above 18 and educated and had signed the papers - she cannot say that she did not read what she was signing for the law presumes that you have full knowledge of what you signed.
However
(a) she could claim that her signature was obtained under false pretences, that due to the circumstances and the influence exercised on her by Vel, she was induced into signing it...
......but even more simple
(b) Just withdraw the papers. Divorce is one court proceedings where both parties MUST attend court in person, they MUST inform the judge that they consent to the divorce over and above the documents they signed. Even after that, the court will order decree nisi and give three months before the decree becomes absolute; so if parties change their mind in the three months, they can always withdraw the divorce petition. Remember Mouna Ragam? The divorce proceedings between Mohan and Revathy was accurately portrayed.
Having said that, this is not Mani Ratnam, this is serial world - so God knows. 😆
