Shocking new Promo- Plz Confirm

The recent news doing rounds is that there is a shocking new Promo of Thendral. Looks like Thulsi attempted suicide/cut herself or something like that.😲😲 I heard Lav and Tamil's Mom appear shocked over something(I am guessing they get to see the photos😕😕) AND Tamil gets off his bed and runs(😆😆 this had me cracking, he can barely speak in today's epi) and apparently there was fire/flames dont know. Please someone confirm the promo and psot video if possible. I tried to search but no promo uploaded till now. This looks like a super twist. We have to see if Tamil trusts Thools after seeing those photos.

im sure that promo was fake..haha so funny how can a person from ICU run from bed in that bad situation LOOL 😆😆😆 but u never know, he might be very eager to save his kuttimma and to keep her safe 😛
