Thanks for gracing our post R. I really appreciate it. Although I agree both were equally responsible (well Maan a little less, but he can't get away either) for their argument to go out of proportion, Geet should not have brought Maan to public ridicule. That is my biggest issue with Geet. Before even knowing the reason, she announced that he wanted to marry her to save family honor. I'm all for this misunderstanding. What I'm against, is the yet another reason to bring defame to his image.

Kash, Kal - I kinda disagree with this line. It's as if she had a motif behind bringing him pain. Although I agree she is at major fault here, but this line is out of context for me. I would use this for NT...but not for my Geet...
"It was as if, she took him in a sea, waited for the storm, and left him alone in the amidst of it all."

Rupa - LOVED this statement of yours....FANTASTIC!!!!
Yes he lost all his hope for a new life again by none other than the one whom he gave a new life.

Dol:
I didnt like Geet's reaction in front of the media I mention this in 3I thread.
Lets put aside what Geet said in front of the media for a second..
Now, are Maan's actions justifed for you ?

@ dolphinUSA & sksg : Both of u have done a wonderful job with the post....👍🏼...It sooo stated what Maan mite have felt when he was going thru all this....Very Well-written & put together brilliantly....Nice analysis of Maan's feelings...Agree with u guys that v GEEtians luv both MAAN❤️ & GEET❤️ equally & very much ; ONE IS NOTHING WITHOUT THE OTHER...😊....But as humans v do tend to take sides which is fine...😊...Each one to his own....I just wish that now since they r separated😭, v get toc some nice jealous scenes of MAAN ( c-ing Geet with Yash), some nice nok-jhoks of MAANEET & the end result shud b a SUPEB ROMANTIC HOT UNION of MAAN & GEET..😉.Enuf with the sweet nothings...Once again, GOOD JOB guys....👏

wonderful post....the painful truth is that ppl like maan r so rare that they r bound to be misunderstood....loving someone so unconditionally, so selflessly is unthinkable in today's day and age...
i always felt though geet loves maan...but her depth is nowhere near maan's level of love...
and now she shook the very foundation of their love and that is trust....
if she cant trust a man like maan then who will she ever trust....

to tell that watever he did for is ehsaan is like a gali to the very concept of love....

and i hv mentioned previously too that come what may she had no right to humiliate maan in public....if she cant acknowledge his immense love...then at least she cannot deny that he has always protected her honour and dignity widout fail....
even if she feels every gesture from maan's part were favours...then i hv a question for her....is this the way u treat someone who has done so many favours on u....i this how u repay....

love and respect doesnt come on platter...u hv to make urself worth for them...but maan gave her those very things unconditionally....
and geet has always taken maan and his feelings for granted...
its high time now she earns maan's love and respect back in her life in the hard-hitting way....

Loved this sentence a lot. It sums up so much with so few words.

Aditi, Very good points. Especially loved the lines in red. The trust factor was shaken so much that it has taken away some kind of innocent factor from the original magic of their love. Right now, it feels like we are trying to catch a reflection of that original magic invain. I hope this is dealt with in such a way that the originality gets restored to some extent. But, they seem to be in a rush to start off with their comedy tract. Unless some kind of a balance is restored in terms of realization coupled with remorse on Geet's part, the comedy, however good, will not be as enjoyable as without the shadow of the Fri episode looming in the background.
