4.He has has a massive collection of music CDs, and loves films which contributes to his growing collection of DVDs as well.

His tastes are somehow more refined compared to other young actors - he enjoys a variety of things such as reading, playing an instrument and sports instead of having a one track mind frame.

He became an overnight icon with Harry Potter and it may be more difficult for him to break out of the mold or for people to accept him in roles other than Harry.

He is odd as he does not like watching himself in his previous movies. Rupert Grint (Ron) watches his old movies, but Dan has yet to come out of his shell about that aspect.

He is sometimes a bit stiff in emotional scenes like most young actors; that comes with age and experience.

He faces the same pressures as other child actors, in terms of growing up onscreen under the watchful eye of the audience. We've see him mature dramatically - from his first scene in the Philosopher's Stone to the stark fear portrayed in the Goblet of Fire.
